1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Barakah Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Barakah Rewards is a halal-focused loyalty platform that enables local businesses to issue and manage rewards points for customers. The platform includes vendor dashboards, cashier interfaces, QR-based point issuance and redemption, and customer reward tracking.

3. Vendor Accounts

Vendor partners are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Each vendor account may have associated cashier accounts with limited permissions. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their offers and pricing.

4. Points & Rewards

Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are issued at the vendor's configured rate and may be redeemed only for offers published by the issuing vendor. Barakah Rewards may adjust point balances in cases of fraud or system errors.

5. QR Code Usage

QR codes generated through the platform are time-limited tokens for point transactions. Tampering with, duplicating, or manipulating QR tokens is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts, use the platform for fraudulent point accumulation, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Launch Preview

During launch preview, certain features may be limited, modified, or discontinued without notice. Point balances and transaction history may be adjusted when the platform transitions to general availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Barakah Rewards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of points or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms. On termination, accumulated points may be forfeited. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
